Shipment Processing Time
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. After your payment is verified, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delay (delayed by 4+ days) in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address linked to your order. Note: most items will be sent separately.
Delivery Time
We offer free shipping worldwide. Our estimated delivery time is between 14-30 days depending on where the order was placed. You will receive your order anywhere from 14-30 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
